Tourist Visa (Visa-on-Arrival)
To facilitate bonafide foreign tourists who plan their tours at a short notice, Government of India has decided to introduce “Tourist Visa-on-Arrival” for a period of one year for citizens of five countries only.
Countries valid : Finland, Japan, Luxembourg, New Zealand and Singapore
Valid for entrance from the following airports only : Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata airports
Citeria :
- For a stay of max 30 days per visit and
- Max of 2 times in one calendar year with a minimum gap of 2 months between each visit.
- Passport must be at least 6 months on arrival
- Strictly for tourist purpose only.
- Strictly no extension allowed
Fees : USD$60

A Little Note:
To have a pleasant trip in India, we strongly advise travel to apply for a visa prior to arrival as many travellers had encounter wait of up to 8 hours for the visa.

5. A letter of recommendation from current company stating purpose of visit,
   places to be visited and duration of visit is to be submitted with the visa application.
6. An invitation letter from company’s Indian counterpart inviting the applicant and
   undertaking to take care of all his/her expenses and repatriation if required.
