Do I need a Visa?
Type of Visa and document required	Applicant needs to submit: Tourist Visa / Business Visa Passport (Expiry valid for more than 7 months prior to intended travel date) Duly completed Application Form 2 recent photographs Proof of a return airticket (ticket must be issued by then) Letter of confirmation from employer certifying the employment of the staff Invitation letter from South Africa (purpose of visit) Confirmation of accommodation in South Africa during the duration of stay Proof of financial means in the form of :- Bank statement; or Salary advices; or Undertaking by the host in the Republic of South Africa; or Bursaries; or Medical cover; or Cash available, including credit cards or traveller's cheques to cover the living expenses during the stay in South Africa Applicants traveling by air must be in possession of: a return or onward ticket; or proof of sufficient funds; or lodge a cash deposit of equivalent value to such a ticket

Special Note	South Africa High Commission has advised that the Application be submitted only 2 weeks before departure
